Tach moves while cranking but no sync so to test the cmp i found the pin out and do have ac voltage on the plug at the pcm while cranking. It amplifies the injectors’ circuits from 12v to 48v to supercharge them for better performance.

Hi, about 3 days ago, i took my 04 f350 6.0 in to the dealer and had them do the cold start inductive heating program on the ficm, and then i drove a couple miles to the house, and changed the oil with valvoline premium blue extreme synthetic 5w40, and a new motorcraft filter, then changed the 2 fuel. Secondly, see the condition of the glow plug, icp sensor, cps< ckp, and ficm voltage.

But the only way to fix it is to pull the crankshaft and either replace the crank or we actually reset the tone ring and tug weld it to the crank in several places.
